Jeanine's Inflight Skincare Essentials

I have found that Noevir products truly help to combat the effects of flying and environmental changes that take a toll on your skin. The  tell-tale signs–dry, dehydrated and dull skin, fine lines, redness, and irritation are quickly and effectively treated.  Their skincare products are formulated to mimic  our skins own natural moisturizer.  The aromatherapy in each product also helps slip into a more relaxing evening.

Here is my night and day time routine while on a trip

Every night before bed:

1) Deep Cleanse with the 99+ Deep Cleansing Massage Gel Oil (depending on how I feel, I will do a quick massage after first removing makeup.)

                                   2) Cleanse again with the 99+ Cleansing Foam.

                                                        3) Tone with 99+ Balancing Lotion

4)  Advanced Moisture Concentrate-EX

                                                                 5) 99+ Protecting Cream

6)  I carry trial packs of the Quick Recovery Mask and will alternate using it in place of the foaming cleanser.  This is the best gentle exfoliation out there!  It's amazing! (Remember do not over exfoliate).

Every morning:
1) Cleanse with the 99+ Cleansing Foam
2) Tone with the 99+ Balancing Lotion
3) Advanced Moisture Concentrate-EX
4) Moisturize with the 99+ Replenishing Lotion
5) Raysela Face Protecting Sunscreen

Maintaining healthy habits both en route and at home is key. Always make sure to drink lots of water, eat well, exercise, and to get enough sleep—healthy lifestyle tips we can all benefit from.

Stay tuned for my Inflight Beauty Essentials!

Soft touch.... The benefits of facial massage

Want younger-looking skin? Here's the rub: Facial massage can firm, smooth and sculpt.       Beauty secrets of the Far East have long held appeal for Western women. But it's only recently that one of their key anti-aging weapons has entered the spotlight. Facial massage - a series of hand manipulation techniques that relax muscles and increase circulation - has its roots in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and has been practiced for more than 1,000 years to maintain health and beauty. Now, some of the biggest beauty brands are offering products that work best when coupled with specific massage techniques. "The theory in TCM is that your facial appearance is a reflection of your body's internal condition," says Mary Xiumei Wu, a doctor of TCM and president of the Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. "For instance, a kidney deficiency can show up as deep, dark circles under your eyes." While massage alone won't treat inter...
